1. Local game progress and settings

The game stores progress and preferences on your device. These may include earned points, upgrades, discovered weapon combinations, language, audio, frame rate and control settings. You can play without creating a player account or entering a personal profile. Removing the app may remove locally stored game data. Device backup and restoration features are managed through your Apple settings.

2. Game services and diagnostics

For iOS version 1.0 (2), game progress and preferences are stored locally. The game does not send gameplay progress or interaction analytics to publisher-operated servers or third-party analytics services. Platform-provided crash diagnostics, if made available to us, are handled as described below.

Depending on your device settings, Apple may make crash reports or diagnostic information available to developers through its platform services. If we receive these reports, we use them to investigate faults and improve game stability. Apple operates its platform services under its own privacy policies. 3. Information you send to support

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, message, device model, software versions and screenshots. We use this information to respond to you, investigate the reported issue and maintain support records. Please share only information relevant to your request.

4. Website hosting and access records

Our game website is hosted on a server provided by Vultr. The server and hosting service process technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and referrer to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service. The Tiny Planet game, support and privacy webpages do not load analytics, advertising or marketing tracking scripts, third-party fonts or embedded media. They do not create cookies or use browser storage. If you have used another service on the same domain, your browser may send that service's existing cookies with a page request; these static pages do not use them. Server access and security records are still processed as described above.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery and related security. These services process information needed to perform their functions. We may also disclose relevant information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents or protect legal rights.

6. Retention

Local game data remains on your device until it is removed or replaced through the app or device controls. We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, resolve ongoing issues and meet applicable legal requirements.

Server access records do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period and may remain until they are removed through server maintenance. Hosting-provider records and backups are subject to the provider's applicable settings and retention practices. You can contact us about information we hold using the details below.

7. Your choices and requests

You choose what to include in a support email and can manage local game data through your device controls. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold. Send requests to nuo@vfgamestudio.com. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant records.

8. Children and families

Playing the game does not require entering a child's name, date of birth, school or contact details. Parents and guardians may contact us about a child's information. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal details about children in support messages.

9. Security and processing locations

We use reasonable measures to protect the support information we handle. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Email and hosting information may be processed in locations where our service providers operate. Their privacy information explains the relevant processing arrangements.

10. Policy updates and contact
